“I have just recently started the business of buying and selling properties. I made a lot of mistakes. And still they helped me through it all. They had patience with me as I learned the ropes. It was awesome. I really appreciated their kindness and patience with me. I would recommend anyone to do business with them. They are great people to work with.”

How do you determine what price
to offer me on my property?
There are many factors
that determine how much we will pay you for your property.
The size of the property, its location, topography, how
close it is to utilities – are all factors in the
value of your property.
In many cases we are purchasing properties that are near
other properties we have purchased. In these cases we already
have a good analysis of what the property is currently worth.
In other cases we need to go inspect the property before
making our offer to you.
Why does Price Your Land buy property
in remote areas?
Many people wonder why
we are willing to purchase land that in many cases is far
outside of any developed area. We deal with a group of investors
that are willing to hold land for long periods of time until
the land has appreciated. Some of the land may not appreciate
for many years, but our investors are looking are for investments
with the possibility of long term gains.
What does it cost to sell my land to Price Your Land?
You never pay any money
out of pocket when we purchase your land. We pay all closing
costs including; back taxes, escrow fees, title insurance,
Notary fees, and recording costs. You never have to come
up with any money to close on the sale of your land when
you sell it to Price Your Land.
How long will it take to receive an offer
for my land when I decide to sell to Price Your Land?
If the land you are selling
is in an area where we have already purchased you will get
an offer on your land within a few days of contacting us.
If your land is in an area
where we have not already purchased land it may take 2-3
weeks from the time you contact us for us to decide on how
much to offer you. All offers are mailed to you. To accept
the offer all you have to do is sign the offer and mail
it back to our office.
How long will it take to receive my money
when I decide to sell you my land?
Once you mail back the
signed offer to us we can usually close within just a few
days. We will give you the contact information for a Notary
Public in your area that can notarize the sale documents.
Then you get a cashier’s check right at the closing.
It couldn't be easier!
Why did you mail
a letter to me regarding my property?
There are 2 reasons you may have received a letter from
Price Your Land. We mail many letters to people that
are delinquent in property taxes. Many of these people
are close to loosing the property to foreclosure and are
happy to avoid the foreclosure as well as receiving cash
for their property.
We also contact people that own property in areas where
land prices have actually dropped over the years. This
may be because of a depressed economy in the area or because
of expected development that never came to fruition. Many
of the people we buy property from are tired of paying
property taxes on a property that is not appreciating
and shows no sign of any development in the future.
Will you buy my property if one or all
of the property owners is deceased?
Yes. We can still buy your
property if one or more of the owners is deceased. We will
put all the paperwork together for you and you still won’t
have to pay any fees to sell your land.
If my property is in a very remote area
that is undesirable, will you still make an offer on my
property?
Yes. In many cases we buy
land that most people have no use for. Some of the land
we purchase is difficult to access and in some cases the
owner has never even visited the property.
If I can’t find my deed will you
still buy my land?
Yes. As long as the deed
was recorded with the county when it was purchased we will
still purchase your land.
If I still owe money on my land will you
purchase my property?
We look at each property
on a case by case basis. When you contact us just make a
note of what is still owing on the property and we will
determine if it makes sense to purchase your property from
you.
Will the property be closed in escrow?
No. We have streamlined the process
of purchasing land so that we do not need to add the expense
of using an escrow officer to close on the sale of the
land. Since we have lowered the closing costs, we pass
these savings on to you in the offer we make for your
property.
